Every major claim is classified as established fact, scientific finding, legal finding, expert interpretation, political claim, disputed allegation or unresolved question, and these categories are never collapsed.

Association is not reported as causation. Allegations are not reported as facts. Authors disclose any professional interest in the subject they write about.
